Chesterfield Insurer's field staff meets with our many fire/rescue clients on a regular basis.  These meetings are to explain new policy features and offers an opportunity to review our client's insurance needs.  Items that we look for are building alterations that may affect building values, new vehicles that may not have been added to the policy and vehicles that are no longer in your fleet.  When the renewal policy is received please check vehicle identification numbers.

Russell Thurston

Russell Thurston has joined our staff and primarily serves the South Central Region of Virginia including Lynchburg, Martinsville, South Hill and neighboring counties. He has over 20 years experience in business and industry in key roles such as Plant Manager and Manufacturing Consultant. At Chesterfield Insurers, Russell brings the background and expertise needed for personal lines and commercial lines clients that include farming operations, manufacturers, and volunteer fire and rescue departments. Russell is a graduate of Liberty University and lives on the family farm in Halifax County, Virginia.
